PURCHASE STEP-BY-STEP PLAN
1 We will arrange an appointment for you in the Netherlands or Austria, where you will be given all the information on the project. This includes location, apartments, layout, rental, management, financing possibilities, return, etc.
2 Viewing the project and, if desired, the surroundings.
3 Meetings are also arranged for signing the contracts and any financing.
4 If you are interested in financing, we can schedule a preliminary meeting for you with the bank. In theory, financing of between 50% and 60% of the purchase price is possible with fixed or variable interest.
5 You receive the purchase agreement and the management and rental agreement from us. The purchase agreement can be signed at a notarial office in your own country or in Austria.
6 Then there will be a meeting between you and our rental and management department to discuss the various aspects concerning the rental of your property.
